Ern Halliday Recreation Camp: 1pm Monday 18 November 2024

A parent or guardian will be required to register the student and sign that they have delivered them to GT Online Staff.

If required, transport can be organised to collect your child from the following pickup points on Monday 18 November:

• Perth Airport – between 9am – 1:30pm

• East Perth Terminal – between 10am – 3:30pm

Departure

Ern Halliday Recreation Camp: between 9.30 – 10.00am Friday 22 November 2024. All staff and students must be offsite by 10.30am.

If required, transport can be organised to deliver your child to the following departure points on Friday 22 November :

• Perth Airport – between 9am – 1:30pm

• East Perth Terminal – between 8.30am -1pm

Please complete the below form by 13 October to advise your child’s travel arrangements for the GT Online Camp November 2024.

The purpose of this form is for the organisation of efficient and timely collection and drop off of students whose only method of transport is by GT Online Staff. The number of teachers and vehicles available to assist with transport is very limited and not a service we can widely provide. The majority of students will be delivered and picked up directly to/from camp by a friend or family member, where the transport provider will be required to sign the child in and out of the campsite.

Those who do not require pick up or drop off by GT Online Staff do not need to complete this form.
