All students and parents are required to read and agree to the contract in order to attend camp.
Student Camp Contract November 2024
My child and I have read and agree to the conditions of the Camp Contract. I understand that any breaches of the contract may result in my child needing to be collected early from camp (by parents or the emergency contact provided).
To ensure the smooth running of the camp and to protect the health and safety of all participants, a set of conditions have been established that all students must follow.
In giving consent to your child attending camp, you are fully aware of the responsibilities and expectations of the GT Online Camp and agree to the stated conditions of the Camp Contract from Monday 18/11/24 until Friday 22/11/24.
Please discuss these conditions with your child to be sure they have a clear understanding of acceptable behaviours.
It is the decision of the Program Coordinator to withdraw a child from participating in this camp prior to departure if consistent poor behaviour, attitude or attendance have negatively impacted their Good Standing in the program.
It is the decision of the GT Online Program Coordinator to send home any students breaking the rules of this contract. In a situation where a student has breached this contract, parents or a nominated representative, may be requested to collect the child from camp.
