GT Online Residential Education Camp

Residential camps are an important part of the GT Online Program, and take place in May and November each year.

The camps contribute to the academic, social and personal development of students by offering the following:

  • Face to face delivery of Maths, Science, English & HASS curriculum to GT Online students,
  • An opportunity to build social connection among students and promote positive interaction with like-minded peers.
  • Promote teacher-student interactions, maximising educational outcomes of participation in the program.

Good Standing

Students must maintain Good Standing in order to be able to attend camp.

Good Standing is maintained by following the requirements of the program with regard to:

  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Course requirements e.g. task completion and submission
  • Behavioural expectations e.g. communication with teacher

Contract of Camp Behaviour

All students and parents are required to read and agree to the contract in order to attend camp. This can be viewed below or via the Consent2 Go Permissions.

My child and I have read and agree to the conditions of the Camp Contract. I understand that any breaches of the contract may result in my child needing to be collected early from camp (by parents or the emergency contact provided).
